A Preliminary Contract is a legal document that is signed prior to us carrying out on your behalf: soil testing, site survey, prelim sketches, prelim estimates and working drawings.

Soil testing is a crucial part of the development. It enables us to determine the engineering requirements for the foundations of your development.
Required for the location and elevation of your development specific to your land by identifying the boundaries.
With all the criteria collected we are able to provide you with a realistic estimate.
- Design and inclusion modifications
At this stage we confirm the types of inclusions and designs that you have made. Any modifications you require will be included at this stage.
These detailed drawings, including engineering are our last point of call for construction from foundation to building handover. This creates open transparency.
- Signing contractual documents
This Queensland Master Builders agreement will allow us to carry out on your behalf the blueprint that you have designed from our working drawings.
All plans and specifications submitted to council or private certifier for approval.
At a time convenient to you, our interior designer will assist you with your entire décor selection.
When your blue print criteria is completed we will be ready for action!
